Leather Export Growth After Robbiki Phase I Operation

According to the latest information from the Egyptian Ministry of Trade and Industry, the quantity of national export leather has increased by 30% after Robbiki operation. There have been investments with the significant tanneries in Robbiki. The investments are estimated from 3 to 5 million euro with the major tanneries that export leather.

The government has established the Robbiki leather city to empower leather industries in Egypt. moreover, the government has facilitated loans and facilities to support the tanneries and the people involved in the industry.
